I talk a lot about writing a business building book, so I thought it might be useful to define what I mean.
A business building book is not about ‘buy my stuff’ or ‘sell sell sell’. It’s an authentic way to connect with your ideal reader and reach those who may not have heard of you before. There must be 101 ways to market your business book, and you don’t have to wait until you’ve finished it to start. Actually the earlier you begin to promote your book and tell people about it, the more motivated you will be to actually finish it!
My clients and I usually start working together from day one. From the day they have the idea for their book – when they realise they need help to get it done – to the day they launch their book, or a little bit later.
